Hey, we get it — sometimes things just don’t work out. Maybe the size isn’t quite right, or the tee doesn’t vibe with your style like you thought.
No worries, we’re here to help.
If you’d like to return or exchange a product, just reach out — we’re
happy to help! Before you do, please take a moment to read through a few
ground rules:
- You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to apply for a return or exchange. Unfortunately, we can’t accept requests after that.
- Products must be in perfect condition, with all original labels attached.
- Return shipping costs are on you, except if the product is damaged, faulty, or sent incorrectly — then we’ve got you covered.
- We’re not responsible for items lost in transit during the return.
- Please make sure you understand and agree to these points before contacting us. Returns that don’t follow these rules can’t be accepted.
How to Return an Item
- Email us at hello@dnf.com with your request, and we’ll get back to you ASAP.
- Pack the item(s) with any necessary documents in a secure package, attach the return label, and seal it.

How to Exchange an Item
- Email us at hello@dnf.com letting us know you want to exchange. We’ll reply as soon as we can.
- Place your new order on our site. If you used a discount in your original order, we’ll provide a new one for your exchange.
- Send your return package to the address above.

Once your return lands with us, we’ll give it a careful look to make sure everything’s in top shape. If all checks out, you’ll see your refund hit your account within 30 days — shipping costs excluded.
